Congratulations on taking the step! This program is designed for those with little to no running experience. The goal is to have you gradually build up your running distance while staying injury free. Your graduation will be the Pumped for Pets 5K Sun. March 10th, 2013 on the Kent Island Trail. Stay on through April to build to 8 miles or into May to train for a Half Marathon.
